Are you purchasing as a business customer (B2B)? Then there is no statutory right of withdrawal, and returns are only possible if the dismantling/revision company allows it.

Since you enter into the purchase agreement with the dismantling company itself, the return conditions may vary by provider. Therefore, we always advise you to read the terms carefully before making a purchase.

Are you purchasing as a consumer (B2C) from a dismantling/revision company? Then, in most cases, you have the right to a 14-day reflection period, during which you can return the part without giving a reason.

parts that have already been assembled or used
